Festivus

So Christmas came and didn’t leave for 3 days for some. Extreme festivities took place and the silly summer season was certainly kicked off. I got my natarazzi on and snapped a few, these are my faves.

I’ve always been a a big fan of the high contrast black and white. I liked playing around in the developmental stage of photography and now I have a camera that I can do it with instead of in a dark room. I wouldn’t mind setting up a dark room when I eventually move into my own space. I’ve got all the chemicals and enlarger and everything so it won’t be too hard. The getting a job, saving money and all that is the difficult part.

RIP Brittany Murphy

It’s sad that Brittany has died at 32 from cardiac arrest. The Golden Globes rememberance feature will be full of some amazing people next year. I’ve been thinking about watching Clueless recently and now seems like the perfect time to stop thinking and do.

Tai was a cool chick. She could draw Marvin the Martian (my fave btw), wear flannel and was in love with the skater stoner guy. It was this beautiful character that pushed Brittany out into the lives of many adolescent girls. It was thanks to Tai’s eloquent way with words that I learnt the full meaning behind ‘sporadically” and how to use it in a sentence.
