“Hey Mistress DJ…”

I had a DJ lesson on Wednesday night with my mate Craig. Was super fun, learnt how to do some simplish party djing and just changing between the CDJ’s and then moved onto some mixing. I attempted to figure out how to mix 2 techno songs together and man that shit is hard. Knowing when to drop the track and counting beats and all this other stuff you have to think about. I got a cd of some tracks to listen to. I think it would make it so much easier when you know the songs you are mixing really well. Def fun and I look forward to the next lesson.
Also got told that I was welcome to do a bit of dj set at a party in a few weeks. Give my swapping over songs ability a shot in public.
